All meetings and events at West End are managed and organized by an experienced professional team who are happy to advise on all aspects of creating a memorable and distinguished event.
Minimum Guarantee 50 persons for Dinner & 30 persons for Lunch. Advance should be Rs 35,000 /- at the time of booking & additional advance (Rs.800/-per person)10 days before the function. Booking will be confirmed only on payment of deposit. Bill payable immediately after the function, in cash. Use of mike or recorded music up to 11-00 p.m. only. NO BAND IS ALLOWED.
- No Outside food or snacks permitted
- Dinner function must end by midnight any extension beyond midnight will be charged extra
- The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time.
